With regard to the EU directive – GDPR (rules for personal data processing) – I want to inform you all that the organization  FYB Praha, z.s.  with its registered address at Rozdvojená 229, Minkovice 463 12 Šimonovice, Czech Republic, ID: 14416565, tel. +420 720 769 084 ,  +420 605 326 967, processes and stores the information below for the purpose of the dance camp and for the case of providing information in the event of an accident. The information is being stored for an indefinite period without limitation in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On Personal Data Protection. This information is stored in the internal storage protected by password.

Processed information:

– Name and surname of the member (and legal representative for minors)

– date of birth of the member

– birth number of the member

– residence of the member (and legal representative for minors)

– health condition

– e-mail address (legal guardian for minors)

– telephone number (legal guardian for minors)

– photos from the event

During the camp, we keep a certificate of non-infectivity and copies of health insurance cards in a locked room, to which only the camp organizer has access.

You also consent to the taking of photographs, audio and video recordings of yourself or your child taken during the event 31.7.- 7. 8. 2022 organized by Feel Your Body. You consent to their publication on social networks and informational material. You also agree to the use of video or audio material in the promotion of the Feel Your Body event. You agree to receive these emails regarding Feel Your Body information.

You can revoke this consent at any time and have all the information and photos (or some of them) deleted. At the same time, you acknowledge that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that took place before this withdrawal.
