The FYB Praha, z.s. provider with its registered office at Rozdvojená 229, Minkovice 463 12 Šimonovice, Company Identification Number: 14416565 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) issues these general conditions, which regulate the contractual relationship between the Provider and the Participant, or its legal representative, if the participant has not reached the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).
The contractual relationship is established by sending the application by the Participant via the electronic form on the website www.feelyourbody.cz. The participant will then receive an e-mail accepting the registration with the following payment instructions.
1.Registration by 8 March 2023 – remaining amount for bundle “SOUL FOOD” is 3650 czk.
2. Registration by 31 March 2023– remaining amount for bundle “DOUBLE UP’ is 5450 czk.
– remaining amount for “STAY FLY” is 4450 czk.
– remaining amount for “SOUL FOOD” is 3850 czk
– remaining amount for “EARLY BIRD” is 3200 czk
3. Registration by 29 April 2023 – remaining amount for “DOUBLE UP” is 5850 czk
– remaining amount for “STAY FLY” is 4750 czk
– remaining amount for “SOUL FOOD” is 4550 czk
– remaining amount for “EARLY BIRD” is 3200 czk
4. Registration between 30 April 2023 – 12 July 2023– remaining amount for “DOUBLE UP” is 6500 czk
– remaining amount for “STAY FLY” is 5050 czk
– remaining amount for “SOUL FOOD” is 4550 czk
– remaining amount for “EARLY BIRD” is 3200 czk
5. Registration in any period with any type of discount code refers to the rules mentioned above and the remaining amount is discounted by 10%.
The remaining amount for Feel your body: KIDS AND JUNIORS is due to be paid as follows:
1. Deposit is obligatory to be paid at the end of the registration online – the remaining amount of 4000 czk is due to be paid before the event online or at the beginning of the event by card
By sending the application, the Participant agrees with these General Terms and Conditions of Participation in the FEEL YOUR BODY Dance Camp. The Participant further declares that he / she participates in the event voluntarily and undertakes to comply with these conditions of participation.
By sending the application, the Participant also agrees to the processing of personal data for the Provider’s internal purposes in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data. The participant acknowledges that all video, audio, audiovisual and similar recordings may be used for publicity (placement on websites, the Internet, social networks, advertising materials, etc.).
In the event of fraudulent application, the Provider is not obliged to return the payment.
The consent of the legal representative must be granted to persons under the age of 18 in writing, by filling in a form that will be sent to the Participant via e-mail. The completed form must be signed, scanned by the participant’s legal representative and emailed to feelyourbodyevent@gmail.com, or submitted in the original version on the day of the event.
The participant has the right to cancel his participation in the event in writing and in such a case the provider has the right to cancel fees according to the following criteria:
The Provider is not responsible for the personal belongings of the Participant during the camp.
The Provider is not responsible for the health condition of the Participant caused by participation in the event.
The Provider is not liable for property damage or financial damage that is not caused by gross negligence on the part of the Provider.
The Participant may be excluded from the event by the Provider if his/her behavior will be dangerous to himself/herself or other participants. In such a case, the Participant is obliged to pay the costs associated with the end of the stay at the camp. At the same time, the provider is not obliged to return the money to the participant for the remaining days of stay and services.
A minor participant may be excluded from the event by the Provider due to the consumption of alcohol or other addictive substances. In the event that the Provider decides to end the stay at the camp of a minor child for this reason, the legal representative will establish the transfer of the child from the camp. The child has to leave the event no later than 24 hours from the time the provider informs the legal representative about the exclusion. The customer accepts to reimburse the damages and all costs related to the transport of the minor child to the legal representative, if the child is not picked up within 24 hours (especially the travel costs of the child and educational staff)
